Davina’s DIVA 100 - Specialized
EventStation Plus helped Specialized sponsor women’s only charity bike ride lead by TV personality Davina McCall, organised by children’s health charity Action Medical Research.
Baconinflate activated the Specialized 11x13.5m EventStation Plus Dome sporting ‘new’ white legunit at the Davina’s Diva 100 which acted as a reception area and product display prior to the start followed by a relaxing massage and chill out area for those who took part.
Baconinflate also supplied the start stage gantry and digital print photo opportunity area adding to the overall event infrastructure.
The event offered a choice of two stunning countryside routes – the 100km challenge or a shorter 50km course for those who looked to take it a little bit easier. The aim of the event was to get woman of all ages on their bikes and join Davina McCall for a ‘new’ female bike ride to raise vital funds for Children’s Health Charity – Action Medical Research. 525 took part despite the weather and over £65,000 was raised as a result, making the event a huge success for all involved.
